American Realty Property Management was founded in 2000 by James Eerdmans for the purpose of providing quality rental housing for our tenants and an unparalleled service to its property owners and tenants it serves. Our mission is to provide a superior rental experience for our tenants while protecting the assets of our clients. This mission is based on our belief that the interests of property owners and tenants are parallel and in harmony with one another. In conjunction with our fiduciary responsibility to our clients, we deliver quality rental properties and a high level of customer service to our tenants to ensure their satisfaction. By providing this, we believe our clients will realize the highest return on their investment while exceeding the expectations of our tenants.
